Q: How do I place an order?
A: Just browse our shop, click "Add to Cart" on the decals you want, and checkout. Easy.

Q: Can I customize my decal?
A: Yes! DM us on TikTok for custom orders. Custom designs start at $15.

Q: Do you do bulk orders?
A: Yeah, DM us for bulk pricing on 10+ decals.

SHIPPING

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: All orders ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). You'll get tracking same day.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently US only. Hit us up if you're international and we might be able to work something out.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated in days, what's up?
A: USPS can be slow to scan packages. Give it a few days. If it's been over a week, contact us.

Q: Are these waterproof?
A: They're water-resistant and can handle light rain/washing, but they're best for covered areas. Not rated for extreme weather.

Q: How long do they last?
A: With proper care, 1-2 years outdoors, longer indoors. Keep them clean and covered when possible.

Q: What's the difference between regular and holo?
A: Regular decals are matte finish. Holo/sparkle decals have a reflective rainbow or glitter effect that catches light.

Q: Will the colors match my bike?
A: We try our best but colors can vary slightly from screens. DM us with your bike color for recommendations.

APPLICATION

Q: How do I apply the decal?
A: Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol, peel the backing, apply from one edge to avoid bubbles, press firmly.

Q: Can I reposition it?
A: You get one shot. Once it's stuck, it's stuck. Take your time applying it.

Q: What surfaces work best?
A: Smooth, clean surfaces like plastic, metal, or painted surfaces. Won't stick well to textured or dirty surfaces.

Q: Can I remove it later?
A: Yes, but it might leave residue. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to help remove it, then clean with rubbing alcohol.

RETURNS & ISSUES

Q: Can I return my decal?
A: No returns since they're custom-made. But if it arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong thing?
A: Contact us within 2 hours and we might be able to cancel. After that, it's probably already made.

Q: My decal came damaged, now what?
A: Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll send you a new one for free.

Q: How do I enter giveaways?
A: Follow us on Instagram/TikTok and watch for giveaway posts. Usually just like, follow, and tag friends.

Q: How are winners chosen?
A: Randomly! We use a random picker and announce winners in the comments or via DM.

Q: Do I have to buy something to win?
A: Nope, giveaways are free to enter.

PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Q: Is it safe to order?
A: 100%. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see your card info.
