CUSTOM PRODUCTS
• All our decals are custom-made to order
• Due to the custom nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges
• All sales are final
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
• If your decal arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Send us a photo of the issue
• We'll send you a replacement at no cost
WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
• If we send you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days
• We'll send the correct item and you can keep the wrong one (our mistake!)
CANCELLATIONS
• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase
• After 2 hours, your order is likely already being made and cannot be cancelled
• Contact us immediately if you need to cancel
CUSTOM ORDERS
• Custom designs are final sale - no refunds or cancellations
• Make sure you approve your design before we print
